One of our latest projects at a warehouse. The clients requirement is for a small door to be fitted for human traffic. Final touch of for flashing to the enclosure has not been executed by the main contractor at the time this photograph was taken.

The benefits of Foldaway Doors for Large Openings

Installation of doors in existing facility. This was to upgrade the roller shutters that had been used in this facility that persistently were damaged by high wind loads. The client sought our advice and installed foldaway doors strengthened with trusses to resist the wind load and increase operations efficiency.

Johore Doors

Foldaway type door used in a warehouse facility recently completed in 2005 in a Southern State of Malaysia. The doors are designed to withstand substantial wind loads and deflection under its selfweight during the open position. The doors are finished with metal cladding similar to that used in the other walls of the building.
